Best Ever Chickpea Burger
Ingredients: chickpea, sweet potato, white onion, shitake mushroom, tahini, lemon juice, sesame seed, filtered water, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, spices, Kalahari salt (non-iodised)
Allergens: mushroom, sesame seed
To prepare: defrost burgers. Grill: pre-heat the oven on grill. Brush each burger lightly with oil. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turning once Fry: in a lightly oiled pan, heat for 5-6 minutes, turning once. These cooking times are a guide only. Check that the burger is hot before serving.
