Best Quality Vegan Burger
Ingredients: sugar bean, butternut, quinoa, shitake mushroom, red onion, white onion, almond, psyllium husk, Bragg Liquid Aminos (only used for flavour), filtered water, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, spices, Kalahari salt (non-iodised)
Allergens: mushroom, tree nuts (almond), psyllium husk, soya (from Bragg Liquid Aminos)
To prepare: defrost burgers. Grill: pre-heat the oven on grill. Brush each burger lightly with oil. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turning once Fry: in a lightly oiled pan, heat for 5-6 minutes, turning once. These cooking times are a guide only. Check that the burger is hot before serving.
