Malay Vegetable Curry
A traditional recipe with potato, cabbage, cauliflower, onion, carrot and green beans, cooked in a creamy coconut and lemongrass stock.
Ingredients: green bean, cabbage, potato, tomato, cauliflower, carrot, white onion, red onion, curry leaf, lemon grass, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, spices, Kalahari salt (non-iodised), coconut milk (toasted organic coconut, date, filtered water, Himalayan rock salt (non-iodised))
Defrost, heat in a pot and eat
